1)Refresh the listings. (i.e. Live TV, Movies & Series)
2)Clear the cache on your IPTV app.
3)Make sure your device is up to date.
4)Restart your device.
5)Reboot your modem.
6)If issue persist try installing a VPN as your ISP may be throttling the connection. 

On our LEMO app. Go to the home screen click on the settings icon and select EPG. Refresh the EPG.
